Introduction, information about ANC practice, screening for risk factor

8–10 weeks

Prenatal screening: ultrasound, medical history, weight, BMI, RR, blood test, OGTT

10–13 weeks

Second consultation when necessary

Second trimester

14–17 weeks

(Possible) Group Information about the pregnancy period

14–26 weeks

2–3 consultations depending on need: SEO and GUO, RR, foetus cardiac activity, growth and foetus movements. Provide information on preeclampsia complaints and imminent preterm birth

Third trimester

27–40 weeks

6–8 consultations depending on need: RR, foetus cardiac activity and growth, foetus movements and engagement, haemoglobin levels. Discuss birth plan, labour and delivery

41–42 weeks

1–3 consultations depending on need: RR, foetus cardiac activity and growth, foetus movements and engagement. Discuss possibility of labour initiation

30–35 weeks
